All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

During product drops, sales, or peak periods, slight delays may occur.
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for post-delivery options.
2. Shipping Partners & Coverage
All orders are fulfilled through our production partner and shipped using trusted courier services including:

These partners cover most serviceable pin codes across India.

Orders will be shipped via India Post (Speed Post)

This ensures delivery coverage across all serviceable pin codes in India (prepaid only)
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch):

Metro Cities: 3โ5 business days

Non-Metro Areas: 5โ7 business days

Remote / Special Locations: 7โ10 business days
Orders shipped via India Post (Speed Post) may take slightly longer depending on location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:

4. Shipping Charges

FREE shipping on orders of โน3000 and above
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where:

5. Payment Mode (Important)

Gooxit currently operates on a Prepaid-only model

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at launch
All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
6. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments

7. Serviceability & Delivery Limitations
While we aim to deliver across India:

Some pin codes may not be serviceable by primary courier partners

In such cases, orders will be fulfilled via India Post (Speed Post)
However, if a location is:

Incorrectly entered

Completely non-serviceable
We reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
8. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not liable for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
If an order is returned due to failed delivery:

9. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
