Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. Gooxit does not store your complete payment card information.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and pricing are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
  • Minor variations in print placement, colour, garment dimensions, and manufacturing tolerances are normal and do not constitute defects.
  • Product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Pricing or product description errors.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within one business day unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location.
  • Courier partner performance.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Public holidays.
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders to locations that fall outside our serviceable delivery network.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Gooxit is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

As Gooxit products are made-to-order:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Size-related returns or exchanges are not accepted.
  • Orders may be cancelled only within 3 hours of placement.
  • Once production has begun or an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
