Thank you for shopping with Gooxit. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within One business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for post-delivery return eligibility.


2. Shipping Methods

We ship across India using reliable courier partners.

Available options may include:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping (if available)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (if available)

Shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 4 BUSINESS DAYS

  • Non-Metro Areas: 7 BUSINESS DAYS

  • Remote Locations: May require additional time

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier operational delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Regulatory restrictions

  • Incorrect shipping details

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order has been dispatched.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. These would include

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹2,999 (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible pin codes.

Important COD terms:

  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD access for future orders.

  • If a COD order is refused without valid reason, we reserve the right to recover applicable shipping costs.

  • Orders confirmed via COD are considered firm purchase commitments.

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders that appear high-risk or fraudulent.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

  • Refused deliveries (except valid damaged-item refusal)

If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 24 HOURS of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and order details

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not received:

  1. Check with neighbors or security personnel

  2. Contact the courier immediately

  3. Inform us within 24 hours

Once a shipment is marked delivered by the courier, liability transfers to the customer unless proven otherwise.


9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

For international orders:

  • Delivery timeframe: 30 BUSINESS DAYS

  • Shipping charges calculated at checkout

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import charges

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or clearance issues

International shipping fees are non-refundable.


10. Alignment With Return Policy

This Shipping Policy must be read in conjunction with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Return eligibility begins from the date of delivery confirmation.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
