This Return & Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of Gooxit. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We follow a strict quality control process. As all products are made-to-order, we do not encourage returns except in genuine cases of damage or error.

1. Return Eligibility (Strict Policy)

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is made within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear proof (photos/videos) of the issue is provided

👉 We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Preference-based dissatisfaction

2. Size Responsibility (Important)

All wearable products on Gooxit include detailed size charts.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed the size chart before purchase

  • You have selected the correct size

👉 We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Incorrect size selected by customer

  • Used, washed, or worn items

  • Items without original tags/packaging

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Minor color/print variations due to screen differences

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement, OR

  • Full refund (including shipping, if applicable)

👉 Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

5. Resolution Process

  • Once approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund

  • You may be asked to return the item (only if required)

  • Return instructions will be shared via email

👉 Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 4–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is covered only in cases of our error

  • For approved claims, instructions will be provided

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gooxit shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.

Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
