Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of Gooxit. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

As all Gooxit products are made-to-order, we follow a strict quality control process. Returns are accepted only in genuine cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or fulfillment errors.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue are provided.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is included.

Return eligibility begins from the courier-confirmed delivery date.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Size Responsibility

Every wearable product on Gooxit includes a detailed size chart.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed the applicable size chart before purchasing.
  • You have selected the appropriate size for yourself.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

3. Manufacturing Tolerance

Each Gooxit product is individually printed and manufactured.

Minor variations in the following are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute defects:

  • Print placement
  • Print size or alignment
  • Colour variations caused by printing processes or screen/display settings
  • Minor garment dimension variations within industry tolerances

These variations are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Used, washed, altered, or worn products.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Customized, personalised, or made-to-order products.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with this policy.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Email hello@gooxit.in with:
    • Your order number.
    • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing your claim, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue a full refund, including original shipping charges where applicable.

Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting period may not be accepted.

6. Return Process

To initiate an approved return:

  1. Email hello@gooxit.in within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Wait for our return authorisation and instructions.
  3. Return the item only if requested by us.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

If a return shipment is required, we recommend using a trackable courier service. Gooxit is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is approved because of our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping costs where applicable.

For all other situations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are refundable only where the return results from our error.

8. Refund Process

Once the returned product (if requested) has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified whether your claim has been approved or rejected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the refunded amount.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of placement.

Once production has begun or the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gooxit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product.
