We aim to ensure a fair and transparent return process while maintaining product quality and hygiene standards.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged

All original tags and packaging are intact

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided
Items that do not meet these criteria may be rejected upon inspection.
Return eligibility begins from the courier-confirmed delivery date.
2. Size Exchange (Apparel-Friendly Policy)
We understand that sizing can sometimes vary.
If your item does not fit:

You may request a size exchange within One Day of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Exchanges are subject to size availability.

3. Non-Returnable Items

5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
We recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If a return is rejected after inspection, re-shipping charges may apply.

Once the returned product is received and inspected:
