1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within one business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.
During product launches, promotional campaigns, festive seasons, or periods of unusually high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment tracking details.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for post-delivery options.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to selected serviceable locations across India. Delivery availability depends on courier coverage and operational feasibility.
Orders are fulfilled through our production partner and delivered using trusted courier partners. The courier used for your order will depend on your delivery location and operational requirements. Our shipping partners may include:
- Delhivery
- FedEx
- Ekart
- Xpressbees
- Ecom Express
If your location is not serviceable by any shipping partner, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines apply only to serviceable locations accepted for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and other operational factors.
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro locations: 5–7 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days
Orders shipped through India Post (Speed Post) may require additional delivery time depending on the destination.
These delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Courier operational delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Industrial action or labour disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
While we work closely with our courier partners, Gooxit cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Our current shipping rates are:
- ₹100 on orders below ₹3000
- FREE Shipping on orders of ₹3000 and above
If promotional shipping offers are available, the shipping charges displayed at checkout shall apply.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to our error, such as sending an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
5. Payment Method
Gooxit currently operates on a prepaid-only model.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
All orders must be paid in full using the payment options available during checkout before they are processed for dispatch.
6. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipment tracking details by email.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment using the tracking information provided.
If you do not receive tracking details within two business days after placing your order, please contact us at hello@gooxit.in.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
Gooxit is not responsible for delivery issues arising from:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Incorrect contact information
- Customer unavailability during delivery attempts
- Failure to collect the shipment from the courier where required
If an order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
8. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Provide clear photographs showing the issue.
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbours, your building reception, or security personnel.
- Contact the courier partner immediately.
- Notify Gooxit within 24 hours.
Once a shipment has been marked as successfully delivered by the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer, unless there is evidence of courier error or damage during transit.
9. Force Majeure
Gooxit shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver orders resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Fires
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- War
- Civil unrest
- Transportation disruptions
- Labour strikes
- Technical failures affecting logistics providers
Where possible, we will keep customers informed of significant shipping delays.

This Return & Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of Gooxit. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
As all Gooxit products are made-to-order, we follow a strict quality control process. Returns are accepted only in genuine cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or fulfillment errors.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue are provided.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is included.
Return eligibility begins from the courier-confirmed delivery date.
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Size Responsibility
Every wearable product on Gooxit includes a detailed size chart.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed the applicable size chart before purchasing.
- You have selected the appropriate size for yourself.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.
3. Manufacturing Tolerance
Each Gooxit product is individually printed and manufactured.
Minor variations in the following are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute defects:
- Print placement
- Print size or alignment
- Colour variations caused by printing processes or screen/display settings
- Minor garment dimension variations within industry tolerances
These variations are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Used, washed, altered, or worn products.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Customized, personalised, or made-to-order products.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with this policy.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email hello@gooxit.in with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
After reviewing your claim, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace the product, or
- Issue a full refund, including original shipping charges where applicable.
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting period may not be accepted.
6. Return Process
To initiate an approved return:
- Email hello@gooxit.in within 24 hours of delivery.
- Wait for our return authorisation and instructions.
- Return the item only if requested by us.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
If a return shipment is required, we recommend using a trackable courier service. Gooxit is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is approved because of our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping costs where applicable.
For all other situations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are refundable only where the return results from our error.
8. Refund Process
Once the returned product (if requested) has been received and inspected:
- You will be notified whether your claim has been approved or rejected.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the refunded amount.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of placement.
Once production has begun or the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gooxit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product.
